An armed robber with a scruffy beard and sideburns is wanted in connection to the April 1, 2013 robbery of a Circle K on the south side of Tucson. The man is described as between 25 and 30 years old, between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-10 inches tall and thin. Pima County sheriff’s deputies are looking for the man who robbed the store at about 2:10 a.m. April 1, 2013. The clerk at the Circle K, 4605 W. Valencia Road, reported that a man came into the store asking to buy a carton of cigarettes. Then pulled a handgun and demanded the smokes as well as cash. The clerk apparently didn’t move fast enough, so the jumped on the counter, and continued threatening the clerk, before leaving with cigarettes and $50 in cash.
