Sean Miller traveled to Douglas this week to watch Cochise College forward Matt Korcheck, according to the Sierra Vista Herald, and Cochise coach Jerry Carrillo told the Herald that UA will keep evaluating him.
Korcheck is a 6-foot-9 former player at Sabino High School who once committed to UTEP before the Miners changed coaches. New UTEP coach Tim Floyd released Korcheck from his LOI.
UA has no available scholarships as of now for 2012-13 but could have one soon if Sidiki Johnson transfers and more if there are other departures after the season.

NAU posted the above video of coach Mike Adras shooting his free throws for the Shots from the Heart charity competition. Adras made 23 of 25 free throws which is probably not quite enough to beat his competitor in the first round -- Sean Miller, whose scoring total has not been released.
Win or lose, Adras will go down as probably the first coach ever to shoot the free throws wearing jeans and a longsleeve shirt, something he blamed jokingly on NAU publicist Steve Shaff.
"Steve insisted we do the video on Monday and that's our day off," Adras said. "He's like `You gotta get it in. Let's do it right now.' It was my lunchtime."
It obviously didn't bother Adras much, though, since he missed only two shots.
"You can either make free throws or you can't," Adras said. "That's always the way I look at it. It didn’t matter if I was wearing game attire."
Adras missed shots No. 8 and 12, giving him 53 points in a system that scores free throws as follows:
1 point for shots 1-10
2 points for shots 11-15
3 points for shots 16-20
4 points for shots 21-24
5 points for shot 25
