The Houston Rockets officially announced Kyle Fogg will be joining their training camp next week (Fogg said that's where he was heading earlier this month) and he is now one of 20 players on Houston's roster.

Fogg, who has a nonguaranteed contract, said on Twitter that he is already working out hard at the Toyota Center in Houston.

An ESPN blog suggested Fogg has a better chance to make the team than former Illinois guard Demetri McCamey, but that both faced pretty long odds.

Isaiah Briscoe, a 2015 guard, told Zagsblog he will visit UA for the Red-Blue Game. (thanks to David for the link).

--

Oregon lost juco transfer Devon Branch, who didn't enroll in fall classes and will play Division II.

--

The ever-optimistic Josh Pastner may have lost a Memphis talent in Leron Black but he pulled in another big-time prospect in Kuran Iverson, leading to the "Josh Pastner question" about whether the recruiting or NCAA tournament record of the former UA player/assistant coach is of more importance at this point.
