If Josiah Turner has to show up for his extreme DUI trial in December, at least he won't have as far to travel.

Turner left his Hungarian pro team after a month for what Eurobasket said was "personal reasons."

Turner did not mention it on his Twitter feed but it was first reported on Sept. 20 by Eurobasket and scout Wendell Maxey, who noted that Turner found it "wasn't easy work" playing in Europe.

Turner, who initially was expected to transfer to SMU before signing with Hungarian team Albacomp, was scheduled today for a Dec. 13 trial in Pima County Justice Court.
