High school football: Showdown at I-Ridge highlights Week 6

Ironwood Ridge, ranked No. 2 in the AIA's seedings, will host No. 1 Peoria Centennial tonight in a showdown of two of Division II's best teams.

The Nighthawks are of course coming off a win over Tempe Marcos de Niza last week and will look to beat Centennial for the first time ever. Centennial has won the first three matchups between the two schools.

Centennial comes into the matchup at 5-0 and have scored at least 48 points in each game.

Today, in the Daily Star, we predicted an upset with I-Ridge beating Centennial 23-21.
