FINAL SCORE: ARIZONA 44, WASHINGTON 14

QUARTERBACK: A+. Matt Scott exceeded all expectations, completing 18 of 22 passes for 233 yards and two touchdowns and rushing 7 times for 65 yards with Nick Foles on the sidelines. In doing so, Scott - a speedy junior - made a case for a start next week and more playing time in the final six games of the season. Bryson Beirne played the UA's final two drives.

RUNNING BACKS: B+. Keola Antolin gained 114 yards on 14 carries and provided the biggest highlight of the game - a 78-yard, second-quarter touchdown run that gave Arizona a 24-14 lead. Antolin and backup Nicolas Grigsby (12 carries, 50 yards) scored two touchdowns apiece on a night when the Wildcats gained 234 yards on 43 carries. Fullback Taimi Tutogi was responsible for a first-quarter fumble.

WIDE RECEIVERS: A. Scott distributed the ball to seven different players, including receivers Juron Criner (8 catches, 108 yards, TD), Bug Wright (3 catches, 47 yards) and David Roberts (3 catches, 43 yards, TD).

OFFENSIVE LINE: A. Arizona's offensive linemen responded following a tough week of practice, bulldozing the way for a 5.4 yards-per-run average. The Wildcats' quarterbacks were sacked just twice.

FRONT 7: B+. Linebacker Paul Vassallo registered a game-high 14 tackles and finished with one sack. Ricky Elmore (6 tackles, 1 sack) paced a four-sack night against Washington quarterback Jake Locker. D'Aundre Reed had one sack.

SECONDARY: B. The Wildcats posted one of their best games of the year, limiting Locker to just 183 yards and one touchdown. Safeties Adam Hall and Anthony Wilcox finished with six tackles apiece; cornerback Robert Golden added four.

SPECIAL TEAMS: B. Alex Zendejas hit a 29-yard field goal, but had an extra point blocked. Keenyn Crier punted twice for 88 total yards. Travis Cobb averaged 37 yards per kickoff return.
