• Mariners 7, Giants 4: In Seattle, Jesus Montero and Casper Wells hit long first-inning homers off Tim Lincecum and the Mariners rallied to snap a six-game losing streak.
• White Sox 5, Dodgers 4: In Los Angeles, Alexei Ramirez opened the scoring with a two-run single and scored the go-ahead run for the Chicago White Sox, who blew a lead to the Dodgers for the second straight game before coming back.
