Tacoma finished off a four-game sweep of the visiting Tucson Padres with an 8-0 win on Thursday night.

Former major-league pitcher Jeremy Bonderman shut down Tucson, allowing two hits in eight innings while striking out seven.

Jaff Decker and Rene Rivera had the only hits for Tucson, which fell to 11-16. The Padres are in last place in the Pacific Coast League's Pacific South Division.

Sean O'Sullivan took the loss for Tucson, allowing four runs in five innings. He struck out 11.

Padres pitchers allowed four homers as Tacoma scored four runs in the fourth inning, one in the sixth and three in the seventh.

The Padres open a four-game series at Salt Lake with a 5:35 p.m. contest today. Tucson is next at home against Albuquerque on Tuesday.
