Junior Kyle Simon fired a six-hitter as the No. 14 Arizona Wildcats beat Northern Colorado 12-4 Saturday afternoon at Kindall/Sancet Stadium.

Simon (4-0) struck out five and did not allow a walk for the Wildcats (12-3), who will try to sweep the Bears (0-6) in today's final of the three-game series. Simon had a no-hitter through five innings.

Joey Rickard went 4 for 6 with three RBIs and two runs to lead the UA's 20-hit attack. The sophomore, who has a least one hit in every game this season, raised his average to .530.

Four other Wildcats had three or more hits: Seth Mejias-Brean (4 for 5), Robert Refsnyder (3 for 3), Bryce Ortega (3 for 3) and Johnny Field (3 for 5).
