The building permits for the month of November amounted to $21,150, which is the largest amount for November since 1907, when they reached the total of $74,630. Of course it must be considered that in 1907 there was a boom; Tucson was at the height of a big boom, it was her banner year, in fact.
The recent advance shows that Tucson is again enjoying prosperity and merchants in all classes of business report increased sales. A great many people are coming to this city to live and the building of several new residences is either under way or in contemplation.
