NFL: Ex-Cat Foles preparing for 1st NFL start

Eagles QB Nick Foles took over for Michael Vick in the second quarter Sunday after Vick suffered a concussion. Foles was 22 of 32 for 219 yards with a TD and an interception. He practiced with the first team Wednesday.
