Tucson tech: Hacking apps in 24 hours
Over the weekend, about 35 programmers and assorted computer nerds got together in Tucson to compete for bragging rights and prizes in the Old Pueblo's first "hackathon."

Tucson-area software wizards will break out the energy drinks and come together for a 24-hour codefest starting Friday evening at the inaugural Startup Tucson Hackathon at Spoke6.
