The city is about one month into a four-month project to clean up neglected medians and weedy roadsides across Tucson. On Campbell Avenue Thursday, crews raked brush into knee-high piles and moved them into trucks with pitchforks. They also cut tree limbs killed by the February 2011 hard freeze.
