$30,000 paid to woman in PCC harassment case
Pima Community College has paid a $30,000 out-of-court settlement to one of eight women who complained of being sexually harassed by Roy Flores, the school's former chancellor.
SW Gas, Nimbus reach deal over gas meter
Southwest Gas has agreed to pay a settlement to Tucson's Nimbus Brewing Co. The brewery's owner, Jim Counts, had linked the company's recent Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization filing to problems with a gas meter.
