Handmaker, TMC to partner in new care center for elderly
This computer rendering shows the Paul and Lydia Kalmanovitz Elder Care Center, which will have two stories. On the first floor, Handmaker will care for patients with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The second floor, licensed by TMC, will care for geriatric and psychiatric patients.

Construction will begin this spring on the $4.5 million geriatric and psychiatric care center that Tucson Medical Center and the Handmaker Foundation are teaming up to build.
