PHOENIX - Gov. Jan Brewer appointed her third justice Friday to the five-member Arizona Supreme Court - once again, a Republican just like her.
Endorsement: Prop. 115
Voters should reject Proposition 115 because it would concentrate the governor's power to appoint judges.

PHOENIX - Saying the system needs to be fixed, state lawmakers - virtually all of them Republicans - are asking voters to give the governor more say in what judges are appointed to the state Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.
