With its funky, throwback of a neon sign and eateries that read like a United Nations roll call, Midstar Plaza isn't your typical 21st-century, chain-filled strip mall. You've probably driven past the multicolored, sprawling shopping center on Broadway just west of Swan Road hundreds of times.
