AZ bankruptcy filings decline more than 22%
Bankruptcy filings in Arizona declined for the second-straight year in 2012, falling more than 22 percent from 2011, according to the latest figures from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

Nimbus Brewing reports debts of $161,840 and assets of $906,540 in its bankruptcy filing. Owner Jim Counts expects the company to successfully reorganize and exit bankruptcy.
