FBI says Horne clipped car, drove off to hide affair
PHOENIX - Tom Horne caused more than $1,000 worth of damage when he clipped another car in a parking garage and just drove off, in order, according to FBI agents, to conceal an affair he was having with his passenger.

PHOENIX - Attorney General Tom Horne and the head of a supposedly independent committee, whom he subsequently put on the state payroll, violated election finance law in Horne's successful 2010 bid for state attorney general, Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery charged Monday.
