Ariz. lawmakers vote to increase campaign contribution limits
PHOENIX — State lawmakers are moving to give themselves and other candidates the right to collect more money — a lot of it — from individuals and political action committees, even as they ask voters to effectively kill the option of public financing.
ACC candidates to repay $29K in complaint over misused funds
PHOENIX - The three Republican candidates for Arizona Corporation Commission agreed Tuesday to surrender a total of nearly $29,000 in public funds to settle claims that they misused money given to them for their primary election.
Deal will prevent public vote on Clean Elections
PHOENIX — Arizonans will not get to vote in November whether to kill public financing of elections.
