Friends since middle school and a couple since their sophomore year, seniors Galaxia Mayagoitia and Joshua Hernandez, both 18, spend time together before the event. Mayagoitia will study at the University of Arizona, and Hernandez is heading to school in Mexico on a basketball scholarship.
