Gaxiola's conviction upheld, but sentence to be reduced slightly

The Arizona Court of Appeals has upheld the conviction of Albert Gaxiola in the murders of Brisenia and Junior Flores, but has decided the judge erred when he ran two robbery sentences consecutively with each other.
