Qualifying for Rodeo Parade Horseback Marshal

Horses can scare easily so getting them used to strange sounds like band music and new objects like flags can help them adjust to some situations they may encounter at the parade. The qualification process is necessary for the safety of the parade participants and spectators, said Rick Monje, the horse marshal chairman.
