Alejandro Talamantes-Osorio, 28, of Nogales, Sonora was arrested March 6, 2013, after he was stopped for questioning by federal agents when he crossed through the pedestrian gate at the Dennis DeConcini port of entry. He was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant in the June 12, 2012 shooting death of Ramon Bracamonte, 23. He was turned over to homicide detectives of the Tucson Police Department and booked into the Pima County jail as Alejandro Talamantes.
