Jesus Roberto Ballesteros, 29, pleaded guilty July 29, 2013, to aggravated luring of a minor for sexual purposes and sexual exploitation of a minor for engaging in sexually explicit online chats with a girl who was 11 at the time. Court documents show Ballesteros, who went by "Ryan Aclown" online, offered the girl money if she would perform sex acts. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
