Charles Painter Spear is one of two people law enforcement officials say are linked to several burglaries in the metro Tucson area. Spear was arrested in mid March, an unidentified alleged accomplice was still being sought. The pair follow a similar routine: someone throws a rock through the front door of a business, then robs lobby-area desks of cash and valuables.
