Ronald James Sisco, 42, is facing charges of unlawful possession of marijuana for sale, unlawful cultivation of marijuana for sale, unlawful possession of narcotic paraphernalia and child abuse. On March 14, South Tucson police noticed an odor of fresh marijuana in the area of South Sixth Avenue and West 35th Street. Detectives found 356 marijuana plants growing inside the residence and more than 53 pounds of cultivated hydroponic marijuana in the residence and warehouse. The marijuana had a street value of about $1.6 million. Detectives also found $18,000 in cash.
