Try our Dragoon IPA a true West Coast IPA

Try our  Dragoon IPA a true West Coast IPA–it is pale in color, with with bracing bitterness, high alcohol content (about 7.3% abv) and a fruity/floral/citrus hop aroma. It is made from a simple malt bill: North American base and pale caramel malt. We use copious amounts of Northwest hops all throughout the boil, with most of it going in within the last 15 minutes. After fermentation is complete, we dry hop it with approximately 1 boatload of each of the same hop varieties.

Dragoon Brewing Company was founded with a simple goal in mind: to increase the quantity and quality of local beer in the Arizona market. To that end, we’ll stay true to the spirit which spawned this goal — the idea that in sharing a creative endeavor with another person, you can’t help but share a bit of yourself. For DBC, that creative endeavor is craft beer, and we’re proud of the passion, integrity, and soul that we pour into every pint

Try our Stronghold Session Ale

Try our Stronghold Session Ale - This beer starts at a relatively low gravity, and thus finishes with a low alcohol content (about 4.8%). Make no mistake though, it is by no means a light beer. It is rich with roasted malt, bittersweet chocolate, and a touch of herbal hop flavors. It is made from a blend North American and British base malts with rolled oats, chocolate, brown and caramel malts. We finish it with a great big dose of earthy American hops (Sterling, Willamette, and Northern Brewer).
