Bighorns could be moved to Catalinas

A herd of more than 100 bighorn sheep once roamed the Catalina Mountains, and animals were often seen in the vicinity of Pusch Ridge on the western edge of the range. The herd died out about a decade ago. Transplanted animals could replace it.
