Tucson Bird and Wildlife Festival starts today

The Tucson Audubon Society is hosting its Bird and Wildlife Festival at Riverpark Inn, 350 S.Freeway.

The event starts today, continuing through Sunday.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in field trips , workshops and a youth birder outing.

The festival includes a free nature expo on Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., where there will be discussions, vendors, live animals and educational exhibits.

The expo is free, but prices vary for other activities.
