The Department of Public Safety has identified the motorcyclist killed in a crash at Oracle and Orange Grove roads Tuesday evening.
Joshua Bynes, 20, of Tucson, was westbound on Orange Grove on a motorcycle and collided with an eastbound pickup truck turning left on Oracle, the DPS said Wednesday.
The motorcyclist ran a red light and collided with the turning vehicle, which had the green turn arrow, the DPS said.
Bynes, who was not wearing a helmet, was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash happened around 5:45 p.m. Tuesday.
The 68-year-old driver of the pickup was not injured.
