Barber claims CD2 seat with 50.15% of vote

Surrounded by relatives and supporters during a news conference Saturday, Ron Barber claimed victory - re-election to Arizona's Congressional District 2 seat. There are 16,000 provisional ballots in Pima County to be counted, but Barber led Friday by 1,402 votes and his lead is expected to grow.
