Critters, people share loving bond at Blessing

The Rev. Ruth Hooper visits with Sue and Richard Kuns, who took their little dog to the Blessing of the Animals service at St. Philip's in the Hills Episcopal Church on Sunday. People took their cats and dogs, among other creatures, to the ceremony, a tradition that began more than 30 years ago. The church is at 4440 N. Campbell Ave.
