A 37-year-old woman involved in a fatal crash last weekend was arrested today after authorities said she was driving drunk at the time of the wreck.

Lynn Lillian Adolph was booked into Pima County jail on suspicion of manslaughter and aggravated assault, said Deputy Dawn Barkman, a Pima County Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman.

Adolph was driving a Chevy Trailblazer when she struck a Nissan Frontier that made a u-turn in front of her in the 1700 block of West Roller Coaster Road, Barkman said in a news release. The Trailblazer struck the driver’s side of the Frontier, killing Pauline D. Courcelle, 51, and critically injuring a passenger.

Adolph was taken to the hospital for her injuries.
