A 55-year-old pedestrian killed Friday on Tucson northwest side has been identified.

Marc Ohden, was crossing North Campbell Avenue near East Limberlost Drive when he was struck by a 2005 Ford Mustang, just before 6:30 p.m., Sgt. Chris Widmer, a Tucson police spokesman said in a news release.

Ohden was wearing dark clothing and was crossing from east to west in an area without a traffic light or crosswalk and was hit after stepping off the curb, Widmer said.

The driver and passenger of the car were not injured.
