The tenth, and likely last, arrest has been made in connection with a brawl last month outside the Outlaw Saloon.
Phoenix-area resident Fredrick A. Nelson, 33, who goes by the nickname "Lurch," turned himself in to investigators, Deputy Tom Peine, spokesman for the Pima County Sheriff’s Department, said.
Nelson is facing three counts of aggravated assault in connection with the Feb. 17 fight at the bar, 1302 W. Roger Road, Peine said.
Surveillance video captured the beating of a woman, her 21-year-old son and a friend as they left the bar at about 2:40 a.m.
Arrested earlier in connection to the brawl were Michael Thomas Russ, 31; Cody Berkbigler, 24; Samuel Ramsey, 29; Robert Russell, 42; Marty Russell, 41; Alan Nierenberg, 38; Amanda Pandola, 30; Reid Pandola, 30; and Brittany Trostle, 27, Peine said.
