The 10th, and likely last, arrest has been made in connection with a brawl Feb. 17 outside the Outlaw Saloon, 1302 W. Roger Road, in which three people were beaten.
Phoenix-area resident Frederick A. Nelson, 33, who goes by the nickname "Lurch," turned himself in, said Deputy Tom Peine, spokesman for the Pima County Sheriff's Department. Nelson is facing three counts of aggravated assault, Peine said.
