Agustin Gonzalez Gongora of Vail, who was placed on four years' probation last week for looking up a woman's dress, is no longer facing a second voyeurism charge.

Gongora, 44, was convicted in December after a security tape showed him looking up a woman's dress at an east-side store in September 2011.

He was indicted in the second case after a woman read about his conviction and contacted police complaining he'd done the same thing to her. Pima County Superior Court Judge Christopher Browning dismissed the second case at the prosecutor's request. It can be refiled.
