Police have identified a suspect in the fatal February shooting of a man on Tucson's south side.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Raul Valdez Garcia, 23. He faces charges of participating in a criminal street gang and aggravated assault on an incapacitated victim in the Feb. 20 shooting of Azar Ian Rust, 38, said Lt. Jeff Inorio, spokesman for the South Tucson Police Department.

Garcia is 6 feet tall, weighs about 230 pounds and has numerous tattoos on his neck and body. Police continue to search for the shooter, a man who goes by the name "Oscar," Inorio said. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
