A woman driving a pickup truck Saturday afternoon was ejected when the vehicle left the road and rolled into a wash.
The rollover at East Irvington Road and South Camino Seco occurred at about 1:50 p.m. Witnesses reported seeing the white truck "flying upwards of 30 feet in the air," said Capt. Barrett Baker, spokesman for the Tucson Fire Department.
A rescue helicopter took the driver to a hospital with critical injuries, Baker said. He had no further information Saturday.
