A Tucson man was wounded and his female companion was killed this week in Naco, Sonora state police say.
Antony Xavier Grijalva Ramírez, 22, was shot multiple times soon after he and Vianey Gutiérrez Camargo, 20, from Zamora, Sonora, arrived at a house about 8 p.m. Wednesday in an older gray Corvette. Camargo was killed and Ramírez was taken to a hospital in Arizona, Sonora officials said. His condition was not known Friday.
The only description for the gunman was that he was dressed in black. The investigation continues.
