In an audio-recording booth inside the traveling StoryCorps trailer, Amanda Kraus, left, and Sue Kroeger interview each other. The two friends wanted to be sure that the topic of disabilities is covered among the oral-history recordings that are archived by StoryCorps in the Library of Congress. The non-profit organization also provides a compact disc of each talk to the interviewed participants. The StoryCorps trailer will be at Jácome Plaza, 101 N. Stone Ave., until Jan. 17. For information on how to take part, go to www.storycorps.net online. StoryCorps, which was started in 2003, is now one of the largest oral-history projects in the United States.
