Napolitano: I haven't read immigration law but woudn't have signed it

In testimony today before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs, Janet Napolitano said she hasn't read Arizona's SB 1070 immigration law.

Napolitano, a former Arizona governor and now head of homeland security for the Obama Administration, told U.S. Sen. John McCain that she wouldn't have signed the bill.
