Flowing Wells School District Superintendent Nicholas Clement wrote a paper that appeared in the February edition of School Administrator Journal, the official publication of the American Association of School Administrators.

Clement's piece, titled “The Rake Marks of Student Achievement,” is the ninth article he has had published since 2003. He will retire June 30. David Baker will take over July 1.
