Bookmans Entertainment Exchange is celebrating the world of Dr. Seuss, as well as Love of Reading Month, with a free Cat in the Hat party.
The family-friendly event, which includes music, crafts, snacks and story time, goes from 2 to 4 p.m. Feb. 23 at the store at 3733 W. Ina Road.
