University of Arizona in history

Soldiers training for World War I were among the first to use the University of Arizona's first official infirmary. Started in 1919, the infirmary occupied the former home of Reuben R. Schweitzer. Today, the site is occupied by the Koffler Building. (Photo courtesy of University of Arizona Special Collections.)
