Free CPR class and heart lecture Wednesday

A heart lecture series at the Woods Memorial Library on Wednesday will feature a free CPR class and a lecture about inexpensive, healthy nutrition.

The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the community room of the library, 3455 N. First Ave. Free parking is available.

The scheduled speaker is Susan Bristol, manager of clinical nutrition services at the University of Arizona Medical Center. She will talk about taking care of your heart's nutrition needs on a budget.
