There are two and a half more days to support breast health by buying pink bagelsat Tucson locations of Paradise Bakery & Café.

The bagels are on sale through the end of October.

Proceeds from the sale of each pink, ribbon-shaped bagel will be donated to El Rio Community Health Centers local breast health programs.

The Pink Ribbon Bagel concept was started in 2005 by Panera franchise owner Sue Stees, who is a cancer survivor. Stees, who owns franchises in Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. created a pink bagel made with cherry chips, cranberries, brown sugar, honey and a touch of vanilla. The pink bagelsare being sold at Panera locations nationwide.

Last year the company, which owns Paradise Bakery & Café, donated $200,000 from Pink Ribbon Bagel sales and donations.
