The Pima County Attorney has filed notices of intent to seek the death penalty in the cases against three people accused of killing an elderly Tucson couple.
Erskin Fulgham, 87, and Mary Louise Fulgham, 83, were found beaten and stabbed to death in their midtown home in July.
The couple's grandson, Kyle Drattlo, and two friends, Brianna Harding and Christopher Terry, were arrested and charged with the murders.
In the filings notifying intent to seek the death penalty, the county attorney sights the financial motivation for the crimes and that both victims were older than 70-years old when killed as reasons to seek death.
