A Vail man who is waiting to be sentenced for looking up a woman's dress at a Broadway HomeGoods store is back behind bars.
Tucson police Sgt. Maria Hawke said a woman contacted police after reading my Dec. 13 story about Agustin Gongora's recent trial and she said he'd victimized her as well.
An investigation was completed and Gongora, 43, turned himself into police last Thursday. He was arrested on the sole charge of suspicion of voyeurism, Hawke said.
Online jail records show he is being held without bail.
Gongora's sentencing in the original case has been postponed until Feb. 19.
Gongora could be placed on probation or receive up to 2 1/2 years in prison.
